2016: Named to All-MEC Academic Team (3.7-4.0 gpa)... named the John Diehl Award winner given to chemistry studeny for outstanding performance in Analytical or Biochemistry.
2014: Posted a 6-10 singles record playing primarily at number one...added a 6-12 mark in number one doubles play
Prior to Shepherd: A 2014 graduate of Bluefield High School where she played tennis for Cathy Bailey... a number two state doubles champion in 2013... also gained conference and regional champion honor at number one singles in 2013.
Personal: The daughter of Jon and Lori Lovern... majoring in pre-med.. her father, Jon Lovern, played tennis at Concord... her brother, Ian Lovern, plays soccer at Marshall.
