2011: Appeared and started in 37 games. Gained Honorable Mention All-WVIAC honors as he batted .357 with 51 hits in 143 at-bats. Scored 32 runs and drove in 16.  Had three doubles and a triple. Drew 18 walks and was hit-by pitch five times. Was 7-of-10 in stolen bases.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2010 graduate of Westfield High School where he played baseball for Chuck Welch. Lettered three years in baseball and one in football. Earned All-Region, All-District, and Honorable Mention All-Met baseball honors. Also gained All-District and Second Team All Northern Region honors in football as a wide receiver.

Personal: The son of Bret and Theresia Scoville. Majoring in sociology/criminal justice.
