SHEPHERD TO HOST MILITARY APPRECIATION DAY (10-17-2012)
SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- The Shepherd-Glenville State football game on November 3 has been designated as Military Appreciation Day. Active military with identification and prior service personnel with proof of service will be admitted free. Kickoff is slated for noon.
Special guest Candlebox will have a meet and greet prior to the game on the Midway from 10-11:30 a.m. There will also be raffles and giveaways.
Those who contribute $20 or more to the Wounded Warrior Project will receive a commemorative game day badge.
