DANIELS, W.Va. -- Shepherd University men’s golf team fired a three-round total of 975 to place ninth in a 13-team field at the WVIAC Championships at Glade Springs Golf Course. Concord took the team title with an 898. Stefan Labuschagne of Concord fired a 136 to take individual honors.
Shepherd was led by junior Zach Weber (Williamsport, MD/Hagerstown CC) who fired a 233 to finish in 13th place. He was followed by sophomore Chris Ferrell (Warrenton, VA/Kettle Run) (244, 36th), junior Bryan Milburn (Ranson, WV/Jefferson) (245, 37th) and sophomores Travis Metz (Charles Town, WV/Jefferson) (256, T-48th) and Tim Wilson (Binghamton, NY/Susquehanna Valley) (264, 53rd).
